AUDHD coaching

You’re bringing the answers I’m asking the questions.

What can you do to achieve your goal? What do we need to do together to find out?

what happens next?

THE BEGINNING

  • We will send you a questionnaire to help you get clearer on what you want to achieve through coaching.

  • Have an initial call to explore if we could work well together and that what you want to work on fits with what I can offer.

  • If we choose to go ahead with coaching, we’ll discuss payment options as some clients are self-funded, others arrive via ATW, or other external funding sources.

SESSION FLOW

  • Each session is 60 mins with a defined beginning, middle and end. With time checks to help you orient yourself in the space.

  • We’ll build meaningful structure together, to help you trust the process. You are then free to explore, be creative, use metaphor to get under the surface of what is keeping you stuck.

  • You may quickly come to realisations and find your momentum or it may take more sessions to feel like you are making progress.

GETTING STARTED

  • The first few sessions will focus on looking deeper into what you want to work on, and beginning to view your experiences through a Neurodivergent Lens.

  • We’ll also address the personal, relational and intersectionality.

  • You may arrive hoping for expertise, tips and tricks to solve your problems or naturally reject authority. However, we are searching for your answers together and increasing your capacity to validate, encourage and believe in yourself on the way.

ENDING THE WORK:

  • We will always start coaching by acknowledging its end. You define what success looks or feels like for you and this can evolve during the coaching.

  • Duration may be dictated by external funding eg. ATW, or if you are self-funded we may agree on a block of sessions initially then review. Longer term work may be helpful for some but typically it’s a short to medium term process.

  •  Ideally, you become your own coach through the process. However it’s also lovely to welcome back previous clients for a new piece of work.

I work with neurodivergent clients particularly ADHDers and AuDHDers. Diagnosed, self-identified or questioning.

I can help you to believe in yourself and feel empowered to ask for what you need. I will help you make friends with your brain and nervous system instead of hating them, whilst embracing your complexity, and uncovering your true capacity.

I can also support you through the diagnosis process, in unpacking a recent diagnosis/assessment or with those first vulnerable steps exploring neurodivergence.
