ADHD/audhd coaching
Coaching that understands your brain, honours your creativity, and helps you move forward on your terms.
I have a particular love of working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs and self employed clients…
..or those who are intuitively drawn to strengthening their creativity and harnessing the power of their interests inside and outside of the workplace.
As someone who has experience of the creative industries as well as therapy and coaching. I appreciate the unique challenges of work that can demand so much of us personally. I know how easily we can lose ourselves in meeting the needs of others.
Together we’ll explore, experiment and develop your own aligned strategies that embrace the complexity and interconnectedness of your life.
This process can be playful, transformative and empowering.
My coaching style lends itself to exploring the relational aspects of your life and work which can often get in the way of self-advocacy, boundaries, and achieving meaningful progress on your own terms.
The complex nature of our individual experiences can feel confusing, contradictory and frustrating at times. For many clients harnessing aspects of Internal family systems (IFS) or parts work feels an intuitive way to unpack the complexity of our competing aspects of identity.

what happens next?
THE BEGINNING
We will send you a questionnaire to help you get clearer on what you want to achieve through coaching.
Have an initial call to explore if we could work well together and that what you want to work on fits with what I can offer.
If we choose to go ahead with coaching, we’ll discuss payment options as some clients are self-funded, others arrive via ATW, or other external funding sources.
SESSION FLOW
Each session is 60 mins with a defined beginning, middle and end. With time checks to help you orient yourself in the space.
We’ll build meaningful structure together, to help you trust the process. You are then free to explore, be creative, use metaphor to get under the surface of what is keeping you stuck.
You may quickly come to realisations and find your momentum or it may take more sessions to feel like you are making progress.
GETTING STARTED
The first few sessions will focus on looking deeper into what you want to work on, and beginning to view your experiences through a Neurodivergent Lens.
We’ll also address the personal, relational and intersectionality.
You may arrive hoping for expertise, tips and tricks to solve your problems or naturally reject authority. However, we are searching for your answers together and increasing your capacity to validate, encourage and believe in yourself on the way.
ENDING THE WORK:
We will always start coaching by acknowledging its end. You define what success looks or feels like for you and this can evolve during the coaching.
Duration may be dictated by external funding eg. ATW, or if you are self-funded we may agree on a block of sessions initially then review. Longer term work may be helpful for some but typically it’s a short to medium term process.
Ideally, you become your own coach through the process. However it’s also lovely to welcome back previous clients for a new piece of work.
Testimonials
coaching with Fran
Much of the work is about strengthening our own capacity for self-validation and undoing the harm caused by capitalism, the patriarchy and other oppressive systems we exist within.
As a dual trained therapist and coach - my extensive training and experience supporting neurodivergent clients means you can trust the safety of the space I hold beyond a typical coaching environment.
I can hold any wobbles, tears or dysregulation with compassion and skill, and confidently guide you back to your intent. If necessary, helping you identify any aspects that may be better supported by the depth of therapeutic work.
I’ll help you understand and work with your brain, nervous system, strengths and interests to overcome the limitations and shame keeping you stuck and frustrated.
I tailor my coaching process to your individual needs. To begin with some clients prefer a more structured grounding in psycho-education through collaborative learning. Others thrive on a looser relational discussion using examples of experiences to develop a shared language to understand their ND selves.
Whether you’re unsure of how your neurodivergence impacts your life and work
or just tired of trying to figure it out alone,
I can support you in making meaningful changes towards the future you want for yourself.
